ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I only took a quick look during lunch but one thing that I noticed is that the balls rolling about at the end are not wobbling as would be expected with what appeared to be a small circuit board stuffed inside.

But I love the spirit of this. It reminds me of the early years at Ed Schlossberg's office where we were often tinkering with something odd like that. Back then it was robots or lasers or ball machines.
