Not sure when HISTARCH abandoned old format of a single email (I was not
getting it for a several months for some reason), but suddenly my mail box
is filling with several emails each day. I spend a lot of time deleting
junk email every day, and now I have to deal with these. Not sure if this
is worse than dealing with one very long email containing a lot of
duplication. Is this temporary or the way it will be from now on?

George Miller should weigh in on this.

Hey Guys

Hist Arch 101 question, so please bear with me ...

Are there REALLY standardized dimensions (i.e., six inch vs. 7-inch
or whatever) for dinnerware vessel forms, e.g., table plates, supper
plates, twifflers, and muffins, etc. Do these descriptors apply to
1820-1860 assemblages? And can somebody give me a readily accessible
reference to where this is laid out?

Thanks in advance.

Mark
