Thanks to those of you who responded with research and input. I AM studying to become a lactation consultant as well as being a mom who posted due to my own concern but it will help me with other moms once I complete my certification. I did NOT put that in the original posting b/c I was trying to save some lines (many people including myself skim through when reading). And YES - I did try LLL and googling the internet to try to gain insight prior to posting to lactnet with no luck. I posted to lactnet with the thought in mind that I would be posting to many intelligent, researched women that enjoy helping moms with breastfeeding. Let's be nice to each other since we are all working toward the common goal!!! If a posting bothers you simply continue scrolling and let others continue to learn!
