ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hi,

Please join us for the sixth in a series of online discussions on the theme
of strengthening relationships between science museums, research scientists,
and engineers. The upcoming topic is "Developing science-based professionals
who can communicate effectively with public audiences."

From May 11 to 16, staff of the Pacific Science Center will moderate this
forum, building on the experience gained from their current project, Portal
to the Public. Please join the discussion to learn about and share
strategies for improving public communication skills of scientists and other
science-based professionals.

You will need to create an account on ASTC Connect <
<http://www.astc.org/astc_connect/login/index.php>
http://www.astc.org/astc_connect/login/index.php> if you do not already have
one. You can do this yourself - it is free, automatic, and your contact
information remains private. New users will need to contact me at
<mailto:[log in to unmask]> [log in to unmask] for the one-time enrollment key to
this forum. If you are already in the forum, feel free to log in early to
see previous discussion threads.

We hope you can join the conversation.

Margaret
