One of my fav's is:

George Beadle, Geneticist, Nobel Prize in Medicine 1958, proposed the "one gene/one enzyme" theory, the idea that a gene specifies a single enzyme, rather than a complex set of characteristics (as was generally assumed).

Boston Children's Museum is preparing to host an exhibit featuring everyone's favorite monkey, Curious George! We're thinking it would be fun to have a display of other famous Georges, ideally creative and curious thinkers, scientists, engineers, inventors, etc.

Who's *your* favorite George?

TIA,
AD
