Hey Rick,

"Corruga tubes" are corrugated tubes.  Any flexible plastic tubing with
ridges has the potential to make interesting sounds when you move air across
the aperture fast enough.  This can be done by swinging the tube through the
air or by gluing the tube to your car and playing a tune as you drive.

Here is a link to an article I found on Google books that explains the whole
thing with some very hard looking math.
