Actually, the parents might be right about the diagnosis (formula
intolerance) but wrong about the solution (switch formula).  Formula causes
digestive symptoms.  Switching formulas is not going to solve the problem
(but advertisers might have us believe differently).  Switching to human
milk is probably the most efficacious remedy.
