Has the mom tried working with the free Stanford video, using pumping and
hand expression/ massage at the same time "doing hands-on pumping"?

 Also, silly perhaps, but was size breasts does she have? I worked  with a
mom recently who wore a DD but was told by a fitter that she was actually
an F, and also a smaller chest dimension, who could get virutally nothing
pumping for a baby who wasn't latching, and as soon as she got a supportive
bra  in the correct size ( something many US women do not own) her supply
spiked and  normalized!

I guess bringing the baby to mom for a few months at work is out?
