We at the Museum of History and Industry in Seattle, WA are researching
some options for a new central management software system that would
allow us to manage contacts, schedule room reservations, plan event
bookings, create contracts, and a whole host of other functions. We're
wondering if there are any other museums, non-profits, or educational
institutions out there who are currently using a similar type of
software system and would have any valuable input. We're still just in
the early stages of gathering ideas, but any thoughts on what works or
what doesn't would be greatly appreciated. Any advice or
recommendations?
