Since cabergoline is the physician's drug of choice for a woman who is HIV+ 
 being told she cannot ever put her newborn to breast or she will have him 
taken  away, it must be one powerful dry-up drug. It is given also for  
hyperprolactinemia conditions. Hale says it completely and irreversibly ends  
lactation. If she was given this drug, it seems there would have been no way 
she  could have gone on to have a milk supply.
