A few years ago AAM published a book of sample job descriptions and  
organizational charts.It had several JD's under the general heading of  
"Administration and Finance" and "Development and Membership" that  
would probably be useful.  I have found it very helpful in situations  
like this. Last I checked it was still available through the AAM  
bookstore, although I noticed just now when I went to look this up,  
they are closed for inventory.
