As you put together the list of resistant queen producers and breeders, it would be good to specify their degree of resistance (low, below average, average, above average, outstanding).  I have no evidence for undermining anyone's claims, but unless independently verified, these are just claims.

As a potential customer, I'd like to know if they use treatments or not.  I am not in the market but, if I were, I would only buy queens from producers who use zero treatments.  I've heard of a couple such producers.
