A relative of mine visited the wreck of an old river ferry and shot a  
digital of a bolt with a washer that had the following markings:
 
 
PAT    MAY 10-04    OCT 29-7     MALL 3/4 10
 
Does anyone here have experience with river ferries and know what the  
markings might mean?
