Castile soap. Cheap, easy to find in hospitals, pure, doesn't stick to plastic like antibacterials.

I have always cleaned breast pump parts with a mild dish soap and hot water, then air drying. Is castile soap OK to use for cleaning parts? Anymore in the hospital a medicine cup of dish soap would need a label. What are other hospitals doing? Thanks for your help.
