ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hey Tal:

Its not your problem. you just say that it is tax deductible to the
extent provided by law. It is not up to you to make an appraisal, as
a matter of fact, it is a conflict of interest for you to make an
appraisal. He needs to find a way to value the gift that will be
defensible to the IRS, and his accountant/attorney/agent should advise
him on that.

That's solved, now go sailing!
