Interestingly, my SIL had liposuction to one breast. She was unable
to breastfeed her baby. She never made more than drops of milk while
trying domperidone, and pumping. At some point I will post more as
she wants to know if there is anything else she can do if she were to
have another child to increase the odds of making more milk. The side
she had the liposuction done on produced more than the untouched
breast. She reported no change in sensation, and no periareolar
incision. She even leaked a little colostrum while pregnant. She had
no difficulty becoming pregnant. I was hopeful that breastfeeding
wouldn't be a problem for her.

I expect that her problems were more than the unilateral reduction.
