ASTC.org has several publications related to staffing and salary  
surveys....would it help if enough of us wrote back to you and said 3  
days is not reasonable to gather the kind of information you are  
looking for...

Unfortunately, there is no simple formula for job descriptions and  
pay scales and org chart....
