Interesting discussion.

Do you ever have some bits of information which you have no idea where they
came from? Well, I am having one of those moments on this topic.

Somewhere I once learned that these tiny tremors at the end of a feed are a
feedback mechanism sending a message to the prolactin receptors in the
breast to prepare the next meal. I have even told moms that when this
happens, you can expect the baby to let go of the breast within moments.

Now I have no idea where I learned this, and I promise to attempt to find a
reference. I will go over all the notes I have taken at conferences,
because that is where I got this tidbit of information. Anyone else at that
conference maybe?
