Hello. We are working on our first traveling exhibit to be rented and are in the process of compiling our rental contract.  Can anyone assist with the following info?

How your payments are spread out/payment scheduling?  i.e. % at signing, % breakdown during cycle before exhibit received, cancel fees, etc.
Copy of rental agreement you would share?
Any advice on what else to include in the contract phase?
Anything else we might be missing?
