Anna,
I purchased a disappearing ink pin from a local joke shop to draw veins on
the underside of silk flowers that I purchased from a local craft shop. I
originally drew the veins on the top of the pedals but I found that they
disappeared with wear and tear. You also need a solid color silk flower
that does not glow with a black light. My hand held black light also had
the option of different wave length which I used. I never tried yellow
highlighter marker but that might work too.

Does anyone know where I can get fake flowers that will show
realistic patterns under a blacklight? I need something "off the
shelf". As usual, I have no budget or time for custom fabrication.

Thanks,
Anna
