ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Dear ASTC Colleagues,

With great sadness, I am writing to inform you that the Hall of
Health is closing. Our last day of operation will be Saturday, July
18. We are giving our exhibits and other educational materials to
other organizations on three-year loan. If Children's Hospital
Oakland does not request their return after three years, they will
become the property of the borrowers.

We have exhibits available on the following topics: drugs and the
nervous system, cells and cancer prevention, safety, birth, blood,
the heart and circulatory system, the skeletal system, and social and
genetic factors in health. The footprints of these exhibits range
from about 50 to 100 square feet.

Please let me know if you are interested in any of the exhibits, and
I will give you more information. Borrowers must pay for packing and
shipping. We are aiming to have everything distributed by July 31.

Sincerely,
Lucy Day
