A few years ago I heard a breast surgeon  at a conf.  She stated that the 
most common reason for missing breast Ca in women under 50 is pregnancy and 
lactation.  In other words the pregnancy or lactation gets blamed and no one 
looks any further :-(  Pat in SNJ
