Melonie,
These would appear to be part of a doll(s) identified as porcelain, with
cloth bodies. Caroline Goodfellow shows two groups with the arms, legs,
head-shoulders that are porcelain similar to what you have photographed.
The first group, which has the black painted shoes, dates between the 1840
and the 1870s and are identified as plain glazed china heads (Goodfellow
1993:46-47). The other group are the plain untinted bisque heads, dating
from the 1860s to 1880s (Goodfellow 1993:50-51).
The reference is "The Ultimate Doll Book" published by Dorling Kindersley,
London, New York and Stuttgart.
I hope this helps you.
