Can someone in the UK please let me know what the official recommended intro
of

solids is there?

A friend's dietician has told her "UK Dept Health has stopped issuing

recommendations on introduction of solids as there is not enough evidence

either way. "

Is this true? What have I missed? Where are the WHO guidelines in this?
