I am interested to find out if there is any benchmark for quality of service
from floor staff in Science Centres in the US, eg a list of what people
should aspire to relating to visitor services, that says when you visit a
Science Centre our Helper/Explainer staff will do this for you, such as, for
schools, will welcome you at the bus, will explain the procedure for your
visit, will engage with the pupils, and explain the science behind the
exhibits.
