I not only read "Catch The Buzz", I have written a few of them!  :)

What it says is clear:

"...pour it on the bees.  That is the procedure used by the Spanish 
researchers.  Spraying the applications on the bees is being tested, 
currently, by Medivet."

Eric is not suggesting anyone do this, he is REPORTING on what
researchers are TRYING, and Medivet is TESTING.  You can e-mail
and ask Eric yourself.  You will be told in no uncertain terms 
what his opinion is of people who get "creative" with medications.
