Hi All,

I am looking for a few large scale science of cooking demonstrations to
do in front of an audience of 500 kids in a large auditorium.

So basically they need to be visually spectacular but then be able to be
repeated at home at a small kitchen chemistry scale.

One we have already considered is running across a large tub of corn
flour.

Any other big ideas welcome.
