You might refer the mom to consult an ENT on her own. I have found many of 
the "younger" pediatricians just are not comfortable with clipping and have 
been taught it is a job for the ENT's. I have done a poster inservice in the nsy 
for the docs & nurses to see that included the AAP's info, and while most of 
the docs truct me, the LC to eval & suggest referral to ENT, NOT all are open 
to my "suggestions."
