If you go to the LLLI website, directly on the main page is a pull-down menu where you can pick a country that you want to see where LLL Leaders are.  So, if you're looking for LLL Leaders in the UK, choose "United Kingdom" on the pull-down menu and then choose the area you're looking for info on.  Not all LLL groups have websites but you should be able to obtain contact info for Leaders in the area you're looking for and sometimes e-mail addresses and then you can at least provide contact info.  Or if you want to, you can take the time to ring up the Leader and ask about their group meetings and get the dates/times to pass on to others.
