I don't know why I haven't thought of this until now but I was present for
my daughter's C-sec and she had both her arms restrained on a board out to the
side and even during the section she c/o shoulder pain, poor baby. It's no
wonder moms' shoulders hurt after birth--arnica homeopathically and for this
mom topically could help. Homeopathics taken by mouth work best soon after
the trauma, but the gel applied to sore muscles feels wonderful. I concur with
others that a chiro adjustment or some form of body work could help, too.
