Hello, I have a consult for a very ill infant that is unable to safely
take liquids by mouth. Unfortunately, mom will need to exclusively
express her milk. My difficulty is that she does not speak English.
Does anyone have information for Arabic breastfeeding/pumping
information? Any websites that I can print info for her? I already
printed the Medela Arabic collection and storage. I may need to just
talk with her via interpreter. Does anyone have any cultural background
information as to what women view breastpumping from Iraq? Feeding at
the breast is no longer a viable option nor will it be in the future.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
