My point- how and who will implement it. There is another study on 
carbon credits and the perverse effect they are having on developing 
countries, with money going to the leaders while farmers are driven from 
farms or isolated because roads cannot be built. In effect, the rich 
benefit and the poor get poorer.

Concepts are wonderful, but it is all in the implementation and who does 
the implementing.

I remember a guy that wanted to improve the human race. There, I did it. 
This officially ends this thread since whenever Hitler is mentioned or 
implied, the thread has run its course. Let's get back to beekeeping and 
rationally discussing  rich, money grubbing, pesticide laden commercial 
beekeepers spreading CCD. But isn't that how this thread started?
