Hi all,
Just a little note in intoduce myself. My name is Nanci and live in a small town in upper Penisula of MI, called Atlantic Mine.  I have 5 kids, work part-time as an OB nurse in a hospital that averages about 35 births a month. I just started a course to be an IBCLC.  I'm very excited about this, there are no LC in my area, the closest one is 2 hours away.  
I'm interested in how people got started in their profession and how they got all the hours in.
