Thanks in advance for all the comments....I was the doula to a couple that 
had an unmedicated hospital birth.  The infant passed meconium during 
expultion and weighed 10lb1oz at birth.  Latch was picture perfect after birth.  
It is now day 2.5 and the baby has not had any BMs since birth.  I do not 
have a current weight.  Mothers milk hasn't transitioned yet.  I've never had a 
baby that didn't have at least 1 BM per day the first 3 days.  Is this a concern?
