Actually, I find that it brings out another method of learning if I give the
students some permanent markers and let them draw their own breast anatomy
on white or pink balloons as I teach it - they draw very interesting lines
and seem to "get" it better than just looking at pictures on slides.  In
fact, at times I have them get water balloons (you need to identify them if
they are latex balloons and warn students who may be allergic) filled with
water, we draw on them, then I get a very thin pin, we poke 1-3 holes where
the "nipple" is and practice hand expression into a water-tight trash can!
