The only info I have on this subject is a fellow by the name of Deetz 
with work in Mass and North Carolina.
Texas Graveyards; Jordan, Terry; UT Press, 1982 and a Dissertation by 
a coworker at UT Austin. Cemetery, Cemetiro ...etc. by Jonathan Jarvis at
