I hate to blow cold air on a response concerning chicken bones (or
Avian bones) but all the Vets' I have consulted with heartily
disagree on this action.
Why? Avian bones are so small that they shatter and splinter quickly
causing injury to dogs especially. Cats fair better. I know! I know!
What about the wild animals? Most are smart enough to eat only the
larger bones but I have seen puncture wounds in stomachs of the dumb ones.

Of course everyone to there own opinion or maybe poison.
