Deadlines Approaching for Bird Education Conference
The early-bird registration deadline is quickly approaching for the upcoming
conference, “Bird Conservation through Education: A National Gathering.”
The meeting will be held from February 5-8 at the Crossings, a retreat center
near Austin, Texas. In order to take advantage of the discounted
registration fees ($150 for full registration), your mailed payment must be post marked
by Monday, January 8, 2007. After this date, the full registration cost will
increase to $225.

We are delighted to announce that Victor Emanuel will be joining us as one
of our presenters!
In addition to sending in your registration to the Council for Environmental
Education, you will also need to make your room reservations by phoning the
Crossings at 877-944-3003. The deadline to reserve your room at the
Crossings is January 20, 2007 (if any rooms remain at that date).
