I think that most us in the science centre field have the same problem of
ambiguity in the use of the term "educational programming".  People often
refer to an "exhibit programme" - and our exhibits (we hope) are
educational.

How about "live educational programming?"  Assuming, that is, that the
educational programmes you are referring to are indeed live.
