This is just to remind members of this list that if you leave massive 
tracts of quotes from previous related (or non-related) e-mails, your 
message becomes so dilute that many people will not read it.  Those 
who get their ISEN-ASTC-L messages in the form of a daily digest will 
especially suffer and won't be able to pick out new, valuable 
messages from the debris of prior quotes.

Solution: edit down to a minimum the quoted material you include.
Keep only what is really relevant to what you are saying.
