NRP is the abbreviation for Neonatal Resusitation protocol. It is the series of 
steps we go through when an infant is not breathing,etc. It is kind of like 
basic CPR for newborns.

Breastfeeding has absolutely NOTHING to do with NRP whatsoever. Someone is 
confused.
