Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Those "tape switches" are used in the incredibly popular "Dance  
Revolution" video arcade games.
Happ Controls has them, although I've used an alternative  
manufaturer's model and found it very robust.
--Sorry, can't remember the alternative manufacturer's name.  My  
local video arcade game repair shop had them in-stock.
