Support belongs in the community - everyone, from family and friends to 
neighbours, the media, businesses, employers and the government.  And where 
that fails, which it usually does, then LLL and other organised support 
systems are essential.

But the health care professionals have to be stopped from sabotaging and 
undermining breastfeeding. That's all...
