Greetings,

Several years ago, my colleagues at Liberty Science Center and I discussed the idea of putting together kits of hands-on?items that would be checked out to an individual or family in order to enhance
their visit to the center. The idea was to give them "new eyes" to see and use exhibits in different ways.

Does anyone out there do this? I'm thinking of kits based around magnifiers, prisms, etc for use in the museum or at home. I know about kits/trunks prepared for teachers but I'm more interested in
experiences with kids or parents.

Thanks,
Jeannine Finton
