I hope this isn't inappropriate to post here!  Since there are quite a 
few LLLL's here, I thought I would ask and see if anyone can help.

I have an internet friend who is an American living in Turkey.  She 
really wants to become a LLLL and start a group there (Istanbul, I 
believe) but despite even paying a visit to the Schaumberg office, she 
has not really been able to get any information or help with getting 
started.  Does anyone have any contact information that I could send 
her?  You may email me privately if you wish.
