Here's another situation where there's a real continuum. I worked earlier
this year with a mom with Sjogren's. We discovered that her med could be
compatible with breastfeeding (our first hurdle).
I did my usual "managemen":: absolutely scrupulous attention to latch,
positioning, and reading feeding cues.
Mom never got in a full supply.
But, since Sjogren's can affect mom's bodies in different, ways, you cannot
know until you try.
