I've been asked to do OB/GYN Grand Rounds in November at one of the local  
Sonoma County hospitals.  
 
I'm comfortable with the key points I would like to convey.
 
Since it is a 8 am talk, I want to inject humor into the grand rounds talk.  
I'm thinking of a David Letterman (US night time talk show host) style top ten 
 format.  Too often, Grand Rounds are some of the driest, most boring hours  
of a doctors day.  That's why I have started bringing my knitting and  
crocheting so I can stay awake :).
 
I am looking for relatively clean breastfeeding jokes and/or cartoons that  
can be incorporated into the talk.
