Measuring Performance at the University of Victoria - March 12-17, 2007

Join us for six days of personalized, dynamic, and peer-vetted learning
and professional interaction to discover how strategic performance
measures provide a compelling means of demonstrating your organization's
success and highlighting areas for growth and change. Through review of
best practices from industry, government, NGOs, and the non-profit
sectors - with emphasis on arts and cultural organizations - you will
explore organizational measurement systems and strategies to adopt those
systems as integral business practices.

Instructors:

Paul Richard, founder of smallExhibits.com, Inc., works with museums
throughout the United States helping them to develop successful
organization, program and exhibition strategies. Paul has over 30 years'
experience as a museum curator, exhibition developer and executive.

Larry Lad is Associate Professor of Management in the College of
Business Administration at Butler University. He works with Strategies
for Tomorrow, Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to creating 21st century
organizations.

Fee: $610, including a $60 materials fee (Canadian funds, credit
and non-credit participation options.) A CDN$160 registration deposit
is required with each registration form.
