This is what I do not understand--if infrequent stooling is happening 
because the baby is "more efficient", thus producing less waste, then 
we would not have these enormous, pasty stools after several days, 
weeks, whatever. We would see a normal-sized stool of normal 
consistency. Enormous, pasty stools are evidence for a very inefficient 
gut, not the opposite.
