DigiCAD is a program that can provide corrected perspective drawings  
of buildings, provided one knows the dimensions of some part that can  
then be used as a baseline for the remainder. For instance, knowing  
the dimensions of a door, window or some other part of the structure  
would get you to an accurate drawing of the facade.
